I used a air hammer/chisels to remove them and a big hammer to install them. I have heard of a few people using a lower ball joint press tool to remove them. These holes are aligned directly with the body bolts and can access the bolts through the hole.

May 19, Ahhhhhhh, thats what I wanted to hear. i didnt think you would need to remove all the bolts on one side, loosen the other sides bolts, go back to the side you started with, jack it up with jacks a few inches and replace all at once.
